The Extended Mounting Pins allow any Matrx back support (excluding Heavy Duty) by Motion Concepts to fit a wheelchair up to 2"/5cm wider than the actual back width eg, allows a 16" back to fit an 18" wheelchair frame. Installed the same way as standard mounting pins; however, instructions are included in the relevant back support manual (also under Download).
